Watch the following video (you might want to watch it more than once to get its subtleties…it is only 2.5 minutes long) and then discuss whether you agree with the presenter when he states that management and leadership are entirely separate entities. What is leadership, anyway? Can someone be a good manager and not a good leader (and vice-versa)? What are the characteristics of a good leader? What are the characteristics of a good manager?
